The word “Confection” comes from the Latin (confectio) and arrived through the french word confection in Germany. It means production or preparation of different objects.

The most common use of confection is found in connection with clothing. Confectioned products can meet both mass production and a custom-made single pieces.
We at Weiners manufacture cables and wires according to customer requirements. Analogous to a tailor, we are also giving good advice and share our specific know-how to find solutions that result in positive outcomes. We always try to implement our customer’s wishes and we are especially good when it comes to finding the proper balance of quality requirements and cost-effective production. Of course we try to realize all project as quickly as possible.

We have all standard cross sections and colors of wires on stock: ranging from 4mm ² to 0.09 mm ². Other diameters are availiable on short notice through our suppliers. As Europeans, we prefer metric data, but we keep stock of just as many U.S. standards.

Strands we will of course in the usual standards AWG (American Wire Gauge) according to UL styles. Our strands get cut you to size, twisted and tinned (with and without insulation) with ferrules, receptacles (with and without insulation), ring terminals (with and without insulation), solder lugs (with and without insulation) or crimp your choice.

Off course you will also benefit from smaller quantities of our machinery and production knowledge, so there are also small amounts, affordable prices.

We have all standard cables of cable assembly in the range. Most of the cables we have in stock or you can purchase it shortly.

There are various requirements simliuar to the ready-made garments. The jacket material (PVC, PU, PTFE, etc.), functionality (signal transmission, power transmission, high frequency technology, etc.), the value for money and, not least, the appearance, for industrial design is becoming increasingly important.

We work with you to consider how we can realize your ideas perfectly. It is understood that in the prepared cables all common standards of UL / CSA up to DIN approbated goods. We have in the area of signal transmitting a very large inventory and many types for different applications.

The right connection technology is of course a major theme of the cable assembly. The relevant versions all have advantages and disadvantages. We have a very large weight to help you choose the right connection technology to provide the most flexibility.

The available technologies are soldering, crimping, cutting-press connections, terminals, connectors, and of course fits.

Of course, we assemble also for the end customer. Whether we should make a special cable for your car stereo system or for the music system in the living room: We always have good ideas and have the right hardware available.

For hi-fi enthusiasts, we have boxes cable up to 10mm ² copper section. The cable boxes we manufacture with the plugs of your choice: RCA, banana plug, DIN connector, etc. If you have older high-end products and can not buy more cables, we are happy to produce new cable, based on your samples
